Shipping policy

Wooden Products:

Many of our wooden products are hand made to order, as we offer such a large range of options - an estimated lead time is displayed on the product page and we will also email you to confirm this. Smaller wooden items marked as 'in stock' are dispatched same day if ordered by 11am.

We use DHL and FedEx with 1-2 day delivery as standard once your item is ready for dispatch. Large items requiring a pallet delivery service are sent by Palletways and customers are notified of a delivery date before dispatch.

Highlands and Islands addresses may incur an extra charge for delivery of large items, we will contact you if this is the case.

Footwear:

Items marked as 'in stock' are dispatched same day if ordered by 11am. If your item is out of stock you will be notified. Stock levels are indicated on the website. We use DHL, FedEx or Royal Mail for next day delivery as standard to Mainland UK addresses, excluding Scottish Highlands. For Scottish Highlands and UK addresses that aren’t Mainland UK, your boots will be dispatched with Royal Mail or Hermes on an economy parcel service unless otherwise stated. This usually takes between 3 – 5 days depending on your location. For Europe and everywhere else, we will email you to let you know.

All delivery dates are approximate. Carriage charges are calculated depending on the weight and dimensions of the consignment. These will be worked out and included in the final order summary at check out. Rates are shown in the shopping cart in the checkout, on the FAQ or Delivery page of the website.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Claims for damages must be made within 24hrs of delivery - Please see our Returns Policy.
